Me: There’s no-one here named Nicole.
Her: I’ve got N-I-C-O-L-E, I’m assuming it’s Nicole, who’s called me from your firm, regarding {blah blah blah}.
Me: Well, there’s no-one here by that name…
Her: Someone from your firm has called me, I’ve got the number here!
Me: What was it regarding again?
Her: This is the {so and so} bank. What company have I reached?
Me: {company name}
Her: Totally wrong number. Okay bye.
